I graduated from high school and continued my education in business, currently obtaining my real estate license to expand my professional expertise.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multiple businesses while maintaining a full household with children actively involved in sports & school. Balancing these responsibilities has honed my skills in time management, multitasking, and leadership.
In my free time, I relish the opportunity to explore the outdoors through hiking and playing sports dirt bike riding, fishing, going to the gym, and meditating. I am always eager for new adventures and cherish the moments spent creating memories with my family. One of my favorite things to do is taking scenic drives to the beach, where I find tranquility and joy.

I am Jean Marie Thornton, a professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership and management, compliance, investigations, and internal audit. Throughout my career, I've excelled in both leadership and individual contributor roles, demonstrating a keen ability to drive success and inspire teams. I am also the proud founder of T.O.T.A.L. (Taking Opportunities to Another Level), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities.
Under my leadership, T.O.T.A.L. will launch impactful programs and initiatives that touch the lives of many. Currently, I serve as the Vice President and Chair of the Board (Chief Executive Officer) at Taking Opportunities To Another Level (T.O.T.A.L.) Corp. My leadership experience will be instrumental in guiding the company to new heights and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master's in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Master's of Business Administration. My extensive education underpins my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
I was born in Chicago, raised in Southern California, and have been living in Arizona for over 26 years. I am passionate about my faith and the principles of Servant Leadership. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and dreams, finding great fulfillment in mentoring children and people in need. Making a positive impact in my community is a key driver for me.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish spending time with my husband and children, valuing family time above all. I have a love for interior decorating and enjoy getting creative with holiday decorations.

My name is Mariah Thornton, and I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact through my work. At 20 years old, I am a dedicated college student majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Criminology, with a commitment to understanding and improving our legal system. I am also the proud founder of T.O.T.A.L. (Taking Opportunities to Another Level), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities.
In my role as Director of Marketing and Communications, I oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of T.O.T.A.L. Our mission is to provide access to resources and support that help people achieve their full potential. Under my leadership I have faith that T.O.T.A.L. will successfully launch several impactful programs and initiatives that will touch the lives of many.
Some of my professional achievements include graduating from high school, securing my first full-time job in the mortgage industry at the age of 18, and being an active part of this nonprofit at 20 years old. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to excellence and my drive to create meaningful change.

Hello my name is Ariana Manning I am a devoted high school student who is diligently pursuing an Associate's degree while balancing her academic and extracurricular commitments. With a deep-seated passion for social justice and community empowerment, I strive to make a meaningful impact on disadvantaged populations by providing access to essential resources and support services.
As the Program Chair at T.O.T.A.L. (Taking Opportunities to Another Level), I am responsible for the designing, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives. In this role, I excel at identifying community needs and developing strategic plans to address them, ensuring that the programs are both effective and sustainable. My dedication of fostering positive change within the community is evident in my proactive approach and my ability to synergize efforts across various stakeholders.
I am deeply inspired by the principles outlined in Sean Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens," and I incorporate these habits into her daily life. I place particular emphasis on the values of synergy and proactivity, believing that collaborative efforts and forward-thinking actions are key to achieving long-term success.
In addition to my academic and community-focused endeavors, I am a well-rounded athlete who has achieved numerous accolades in flag football, soccer, and track and field. At 20 years old, I am proud to serve as the Director, Secretary, and Statutory Agent of T.O.T.A.L., a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our communities, so that with our support they are able to reach their full potential. In my positions at T.O.T.A.L. I oversee incoming communications and information, maintain organization, and ensure we stay on track
My journey began with the significant achievement of graduating high school and quickly transitioning into a full-time role in the mortgage industry at the age of 18. Currently, I am in my third year of college, pursuing a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I have aspirations to become a Pediatric Cardiovascular Sonography tech, as I love working with kids and am committed to help make a difference.
My passions extend beyond my professional endeavors. I have a deep love for animals, literature, art, and music. In my free time, you can often find me engrossed in a good book, working on puzzles, exercising, traveling, swimming, watching a light-hearted comedy movie, or enjoying the company of my family and friends. Though I am introverted by nature, I embrace opportunities to meet new people and try new experiences.
