OUR STORY
In the heart of Arizona, a vision began to take shape—a vision led by a group of determined women who wanted to make a lasting impact on their communities. These women and their daughters were united by their shared experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families and individuals in their daily lives.
As mothers of athletes, they knew all too well the financial and mental pressures that come with supporting children in sports. They saw firsthand how the costs and demands could weigh heavily on parents, and they wanted to create a support system that would ease this burden. But their mission didn't stop there; they wanted to address the broader needs of their communities, from community services to victim outreach.
With hearts full of compassion and a desire to make a difference, they founded Taking Opportunities To Another Level (T.O.T.A.L.) Corp. Their goal was to be the total package—providing resources, support, and impact in as many ways as possible also “T.O.T.A.L. (Taking Opportunities To Another Level) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Their story is a testament to the power of compassion, the importance of community, and the incredible impact that determined individuals can make when they come together with a common purpose. OUR PROGRAMS
T.O.T.A.L. Youth Sports
Our Youth Sports program aims to empower young athletes by providing them with opportunities to develop their skills, build teamwork, and foster a healthy lifestyle. Through coaching, mentoring, and organized sports events, we strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
T.O.T.A.L. Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community members. We organize events, workshops, and initiatives that promote education, health, and social cohesion. By working together, we aim to create a supportive and vibrant community for everyone.
T.O.T.A.L. Victim Outreach
Our Victim Outreach program aims to offer crucial support and resources to individuals affected by trauma or violence. We provide counseling, advocacy, and assistance to help victims rebuild their lives and find hope. Our goal is to ensure that every individual receives the care and support they need to heal and thrive.
Michaila Baker –Operations & Outreach Coordinator
Michaila Baker, known artistically as Chai, is a powerhouse of creativity, compassion, and organization. With a background in entrepreneurship, entertainment, and behavioral health therapy for children with special needs, she brings a unique blend of heart and hustle to T.O.T.A.L Corp. As a mother to a thriving NICU graduate, Michaila’s journey fuels her passion for youth empowerment and community connection.
In her new role, she supports administrative operations and leads outreach efforts to build strong partnerships and drive fundraising success. Her values, reliability, consistency, and clear communication shine through in everything she does.
