Meet T.O.T.A.L.'s Operations & Outreach Coordinator
Michaila Baker, known artistically as Chai, is a powerhouse of creativity, compassion, and organization. With a background in entrepreneurship, entertainment, and behavioral health therapy for children with special needs, she brings a unique blend of heart and hustle to T.O.T.A.L. Corp. As a mother to a thriving NICU graduate, Michaila’s journey fuels her passion for youth empowerment and community connection.
In her new role, she supports administrative operations and leads outreach efforts to build strong partnerships and drive fundraising success. Her values, reliability, consistency, and clear communication shine through in everything she does.
Her message to youth:

T.O.T.A.L.'s Water drive💧
Our team at T.O.T.A.L. came together to host a community water drive! We handed out bottled water to local youth teams and members of our homeless community, doing our part to keep everyone hydrated and cared for. Small acts can make a big difference, and we’re proud to serve our community in meaningful ways.

T.O.T.A.L.'s 1st Annual Back to School Drive
This year’s Back-to-School Drive was a huge success thanks to the generosity of our amazing community! Together, we raised over $8,000 in cash, goods, and services — providing backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, food, and more to over 200 kids in our community. From local businesses to caring families and individuals, every gift helped ensure no child started the school year without the tools they need to succeed.
