T.O.T.A.L. Venom™ is our elite girls flag football program designed to build strong athletes, strong leaders, and strong young women. Venom emphasizes sisterhood, discipline, confidence, and competitive excellence. Athletes receive high‑level coaching, leadership development, and opportunities to compete locally and statewide.

Referee Workforce Development Program
Our referee program trains teens ages 14–18 to become certified youth sports officials. This workforce pathway teaches responsibility, communication, conflict management, and professionalism — while giving teens the chance to earn income and gain real job experience.

Empowering youth beyond the game. T.O.T.A.L. offers coaching sessions that focus on building emotional resilience, self-esteem, communication skills, stress management, and goal setting. These sessions are led by trained mentors and mental health advocates who understand the unique pressures youth face on and off the field.
